If I or any other broker/adviser, has done your mortgage within the last 2 -5 years and your product is ending within the next 6 months,  please make sure you contact them if you are thinking of taking a mortgage payment holiday. 

 

Before doing this it is imperative you check how the mortgage holiday affects you. With some lenders if you have taken this 3 month holiday they WILL NOT let you product transfer this when your mortgage product end date is due. This is because technically you are in arrears.
